Villa Mango Bay Rental Information

General Information

Renters must be 23 years or older
Limited to 10 people
No smoking
No pets
Washer/Dryer electric surcharge
AC electric surcharge
Local telephone calls are free.
Out of area, long distance or directory assistance calls will be deducted from your damage deposit.
*Damage Deposit will be forfeited if rules are violated. Please call if an exception is needed.

Payment Information

A 50% deposit secures dates of stay
The remaining 50% and a $150 cleaning fee is due in full 30 days prior to arrival
A separate check in the amount of $500 will be held as a refundable damage deposit is also due 30 days prior to arrival (after inspection, damage deposit will be refunded and your check will be returned within 14 days from departure)

Cancellation Policy

100% of your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at 90 days or greater of reservation.
50% of your deposit will be refunded if you cancel your reservation at 30 days and/or up to 89 days of reservation
Your deposit will be forfeited if your reservation is cancelled less than 30 days
Cancellations must be received via email to the agent at ysamaralquiler@gmail.com
Cancellations due to situations when the property has been rendered unusable as deemed by the owners (hurricane, flood, fire, etc.) will be given full refund.
Cancellation due to personal reason (with exception of medical and bereavement), if made less than 48 hours in advance, will be forfeited.

Rental Rates

Year Round: $300/day or $1,500/wk
Special Holidays (Easter Week, Christmas Week, New Year Week): $500/day or $3,000/wk

Villa Mango Bay invites you!

Come one, Come all to Villa Mango Bay and enjoy the Caribbean sun and relaxing beaches of the Dominican Republic.


Mango Bay is a new villa complex with tropical gardens and large terraces and can house up to 8 people. Master house: two bedrooms on the first floor with bathroom. Master bedroom on the second floor with bathroom. A 4th bedroom in separate casita next to pool. A total of 4 bedrooms. Open dining room and nicely equipped kitchen. TV, wifi, inverter, private pool, and washing machine. Main house has AC. The villa is only 150 meters from Las Ballenas, the most reknown beach in Las Terrenas. A short walk for fresh fish from the Fisherman Village of Las Terrenas, a registered landmark of the DR.
